RIMOWA seeks a Client Advisor (part-time, 16h/week) in Amsterdam — 7-month temporary contract handling luxury sales and after-sales service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class in-store consultations to cultivate and deepen relationships with discerning customers.
- Act as a professional after-sales contact, handling enquiries and maintaining follow-up communications post-purchase.
- Manage the repair and service workflow: intake, liaison with the technical team, status updates to customers and return logistics.
- Achieve sales targets through expert product presentation, personalised clienteling and cross-selling of services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and handovers to ensure continuity of service across the store team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience, ideally within luxury retail or premium goods.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage for advising an international clientele.
- Proven passion for luxury products and an orientation toward delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Availability to work a part-time schedule of 16 hours per week and to commit to a fixed 7-month temporary contract.
- Strong communication skills, professional demeanour, and ability to coordinate with technical/after-sales teams.
