Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, one‑to‑one client consultations and strengthen long‑term customer relationships through personalised service and clienteling.
  • Act as the primary after‑sales contact for customers, handling enquiries, scheduling repairs and communicating status updates throughout the service lifecycle.
  • Accept and inspect products for repair, coordinate with the technical team to define scope of work, and manage returns to ensure timely, first‑class restoration.
  • Record and maintain accurate CRM entries and follow up on outstanding actions to meet individual CRM targets.
  • Execute small on‑site repairs and quality checks where appropriate, ensuring all work meets RIMOWA’s standards for durability and finish.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of customer‑facing experience, ideally in luxury retail, after‑sales or technical service roles.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage repair workflows and liaise with technical teams and external service partners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a refined sense for luxury service and client expectations.
  • High level of organisational accuracy and attention to detail when processing returns and CRM records.
