Chief of Staff to the COO at RIMOWA (LVMH) in Cologne. Drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the COO in developing, executing, and monitoring strategic plans and initiatives for the manufacturing division, ensuring alignment and progress across sites
- Identify areas for operational improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains across manufacturing facilities, driving the implementation of best practices and Lean methodologies
- Prepare high-quality executive presentations and decision papers for senior leadership; act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and manage critical cross-functional projects and initiatives from conception to completion, taking end-to-end ownership of selected COO priorities
- Support talent development initiatives, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness to foster a positive work environment
- Execute ad-hoc tasks and special projects as directed by the COO with flexibility and proactive problem-solving
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, industrial strategy, or operations transformation roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proven capabilities in project management and cross-functional leadership
- Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years in management consulting, industrial strategy, or operations transformation roles, demonstrating progressive responsibility in cross-functional project leadership and strategic operational improvement initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

The successful candidate will be located in Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
