Role & Responsibilities

• Support the COO in developing, executing, and monitoring strategic plans and initiatives for the manufacturing division, ensuring alignment and progress across sites
• Identify areas for operational improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains across manufacturing facilities, driving the implementation of best practices and Lean methodologies
• Prepare high-quality executive presentations and decision papers for senior leadership; act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Lead and manage critical cross-functional projects and initiatives from conception to completion, taking end-to-end ownership of selected COO priorities
• Support talent development initiatives, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness to foster a positive work environment
• Execute ad-hoc tasks and special projects as directed by the COO with flexibility and proactive problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, industrial strategy, or operations transformation roles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Proven capabilities in project management and cross-functional leadership
• Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years in management consulting, industrial strategy, or operations transformation roles, demonstrating progressive responsibility in cross-functional project leadership and strategic operational improvement initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
