RIMOWA Associate Planner in New York – manage demand planning, order processing, and supply chain logistics across the Americas.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process wholesale and corporate orders (B2B, PR) for North America, South America, and Canada within demand planning guidelines, including retail store allocation and replacement cases
- Support demand planning by executing supply orders from manufacturing to distribution hubs and facilitating hub-to-market distribution
- Ensure department store EDI compliance by coordinating with distribution hubs on value-added services, managing fulfillment confirmations, ASN generation, and portal-based order receipt and invoicing
- Investigate chargebacks and logistics process failures in collaboration with sales representatives, recommending continuous improvements
- Translate business priorities to hub teams through shipping instructions, order deadlines, and timeline estimates based on volume, complexity, and workload assessment
- Produce commercial invoices for cross-border transactions and maintain transportation data reports for cost and service level analysis
- Support retail operations with delivery tracking information and resolve invoice and physical delivery discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Merchandising, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in planning, allocation, merchandising, or supply chain operations
- Demonstrated expertise in streamlining processes and department store EDI compliance
- High level of accuracy and speed in data entry and order processing
