Rimowa Assistant Store Manager
RIMOWA seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Munich to lead store operations and deliver exceptional client experiences at the luxury luggage Maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support and deputise for the Store Manager; lead the team and hold operational responsibility in the manager's absence.
- Oversee daily store operations, including cashiering, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
- Delegate tasks and coach team members to drive performance and personal development.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences and cultivate long-term customer relationships (clienteling).
- Analyse product and customer trends to support commercial decisions and drive sales growth.
- Coordinate with Client Care to manage special requests and product repairs.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation meet brand guidelines.
- Act as a collaborative team player who embodies RIMOWA values and uplifts team morale.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in retail, ideally within the luxury sector, including people management.
- Proven leadership and coaching ability with experience delegating and developing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills; strong clienteling capability.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales and product trends.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages advantageous.
- Strong attention to visual detail and adherence to brand standards.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, with demonstrated leadership in store operations and team management; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in retail or a degree in business/management or a related field preferred.
