Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director in driving sales through strategic initiatives that enhance the customer experience and achieve store performance targets
- Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and regular performance feedback
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all client touchpoints and maintain luxury hospitality practices
- Cultivate customer loyalty programs through CRM tools and personalized service delivery
- Oversee post-purchase client care services including repairs, warranties, and exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction
