RIMOWA — Accounting Apprentice (Alternance) in Paris. Alternance accounting role (AP/AR, SAP, reconciliations) starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support accounts payable: invoice entry, verification, supplier follow-up and payment processing.
- Maintain supplier and third‑party data in the internal CRM and in SAP.
- Perform accounts receivable tasks: issue and record invoices, monitor receipts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Process and reconcile expense reports and corporate card transactions, including account matching and posting.
- Execute account reconciliations and bank reconciliations; assist with intercompany flow verification.
- Record analytical allocations (cost centre coding) on invoices and purchase requests.
- Track fixed assets and support asset accounting activities.
- Contribute to month‑end and year‑end closing tasks and preparatory work for financial statements, according to level of responsibility.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement projects within the central finance function and support tax declaration preparation.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holder of Bac+2 / Bac+3 in accounting or DCG pathway.
- Available for an alternance (apprenticeship) contract starting September 2026.
- Ideally one first experience in accounting (audit firm or corporate accounting) is advantageous.
- Methodical, rigorous and motivated with a strong desire to learn and work in a team.
- Comfortable working in English; professional working proficiency preferred.

Entry-level role for candidates with academic training in accounting (Bac+2/3 or DCG). A first internship or short professional experience in accounting or auditing is desirable but not mandatory.
Education
Bac+2 / Bac+3 in accounting or DCG (Institute of Accounting and Business Management or equivalent).
