Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate workshop scheduling and service appointments for maintenance operations
- Manage inventory and logistics for parts and materials used in repair and maintenance activities
- Assist with administrative documentation and record-keeping for service cases
- Support on-site maintenance teams with operational coordination and resource allocation
- Liaise between clients, service teams, and management to ensure timely service delivery
