Van Cleef & Arpels Operations & Maintenance Administrator alternance role, Paris, France. One-year programme managing SAV coordination and boutique maintenance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily after-sales service (SAV) workflow and incoming case management
  • Process SAV dossiers and maintain workshop productivity tracking
  • Conduct quality control inspections on repaired pieces and verify anomalies
  • Manage spare parts inventory and participate in regular stock audits
  • Collaborate with retail customer service teams and Richemont counterparts
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with boutique locations across France and Monaco network
  • Coordinate SAV shipments and delivery to clients
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose workflow and organizational improvements
  • Identify and report maintenance issues within boutique environments
  • Organize and coordinate third-party vendor interventions for boutique maintenance
  • Monitor ongoing maintenance work and ensure quality of completed interventions
  • Collaborate with store environment managers and Richemont teams on daily maintenance tracking

Qualifications

  • Technical training or formal education in jewelry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Van Cleef & Arpels heritage and product offerings
  • Proficiency with SAP enterprise resource planning system (preferred)
  • Advanced computer literacy and ability to manage digital workflows
  • Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills
  • Demonstrated capacity to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments
