Role & Responsibilities
- Translate strategic vision and growth objectives into concrete action plans for the production workshop
- Ensure performance, quality, quantity output, delivery schedules, and safety standards for the team
- Lead recruitment initiatives and manage all managerial processes to align resources with production capacity
- Collaborate closely with other workshop supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Facilitate problem-solving within the team in coordination with support departments
- Analyze, organize, and optimize production workflows and processes
