Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy and execute Vacheron Constantin production plans within timelines, cost targets, and quality specifications to support corporate strategy
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 20 production staff
- Build and promote team versatility and multi-skilling across production functions
