Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the workshop and production line, ensuring timely delivery against production schedules.
  • Supervise, mentor and develop a multi‑disciplinary team of watchmakers and technicians, managing rostering and performance.
  • Implement and enforce quality-control procedures to meet haute horlogerie standards and internal specifications.
  • Manage resource allocation, tooling and equipment maintenance to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in watchmaking (CFC) or equivalent technical qualification in micromechanics/precision engineering.
  • Proven leadership ability with experience supervising skilled artisan teams in a precision manufacturing context.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control methods and inspection techniques applicable to luxury watch components.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions and control plans.
