Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the workshop and production line, ensuring timely delivery against production schedules.
- Supervise, mentor and develop a multi‑disciplinary team of watchmakers and technicians, managing rostering and performance.
- Implement and enforce quality-control procedures to meet haute horlogerie standards and internal specifications.
- Manage resource allocation, tooling and equipment maintenance to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
