Richemont seeks Workplace Officer & Executive Assistant in Munich (m/f/d) to provide administrative support and manage office operations for senior leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage executive office operations and coordinate scheduling for senior leadership
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives including correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Oversee workplace facilities and office management, ensuring optimal working conditions and resource allocation
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive executive matters with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications
- Proven experience in executive-level administrative support or office management
