The Workplace and Facilities Intern supports regional internal communications and Facilities operations, including visitor support, technical requests, building projects, utilities contracts, ESG reporting, and ServiceNow implementation across five countries. This is a six-month internship starting in February 2027; applicants must remain enrolled in a university programme throughout.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for external visitors.
- Guide and support external technical contractors working within the building.
- Facilitate internal communication about ongoing and upcoming building projects.
- Assist with incoming technical requests through ServiceNow, Richemont’s internal ticketing system.
- Help follow up on utilities contracts, Energy Management, and ESG reporting across all five countries.
- Support occupancy surveys and other relevant data collection.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including invoicing, vendor creation, and compliance.
- Assist with internal moves within the building.
- Contribute to implementing ServiceNow across all five countries.
- Support the regional internal communication structure by creating and facilitating communication activities that connect and engage colleagues around regional and in-market objectives and strategy.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an HBO or university programme.
- Must remain enrolled in a university programme for the full internship duration.
- Available to start in February 2027 for a six-month internship.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
