Richemont in Hamburg seeks a Working Student — Retail Experience to support store operations and client engagement in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including sales floor assistance, replenishment and stock management.
- Deliver attentive client service: welcome customers, assist product discovery and support transactions at the point of sale.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and boutique presentation to uphold brand standards.
- Assist with client administration and CRM updates, maintaining accurate customer and sales records.
- Prepare operational and sales reports for store management and participate in team briefings.
- Support events, client appointments and the implementation of in-store marketing initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a university degree programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with valid student status.
- Availability to work part-time during term (typically 10–20 hours/week), including weekends and peak retail hours.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a polished customer-facing manner appropriate for luxury retail.
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with a store team.
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-service experience preferred; interest in luxury products and brand heritage.

Some prior experience in retail or hospitality is preferred; experience with luxury or premium brands is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled at a university (undergraduate or postgraduate level); student status must be maintained for the duration of the role.
