Richemont Wholesale Salesforce Developer Lead in Moscavide, Portugal – lead B2B platform transformation for luxury Maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide the development team to successful implementation and ensure adherence to technical best practices and enterprise compliance standards
- Support development team members in resolving impediments and executing escalation processes effectively
- Craft and deliver luxurious, high-quality user experiences for group platforms through pixel-perfect design integration
- Provide technical guidance and support to developers in creating custom Salesforce solutions, leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and related programming languages
- Oversee the complete application lifecycle from technical design and architecture through development, testing, and production deployment
- Communicate and collaborate with architects, administrators, configuration experts, and stakeholders regarding status, risks, and technical issues
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, delivering consistent sprint updates and maintaining feature evolution visibility
- Cross-test features amongst the development team to ensure functional and technical health; support production issue resolution
- Understand platform dependencies and anticipate potential regressions
- Champion coding best practices and quality standards across the development team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of professional Salesforce development experience, ideally including call center solutions
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading a development team
- Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce products with ability to investigate and debug issues
- Proficiency in Apex, Java, and JavaScript programming languages
- Experience with Jira and Confluence collaboration tools
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies

Minimum 5 years of professional Salesforce development experience, with demonstrated expertise in call center solutions and proven success managing and mentoring development teams. Strong background in leading technical teams within Agile environments and experience with enterprise-scale platform implementations across multiple Maisons or business units.
