Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site merchandising for luxury apparel brands to ensure optimal customer experience while maintaining brand integrity
  • Work with E-commerce, Inventory Planning, Marketing, Production, Creative, and Customer Care teams to ensure accurate product presentation on the website
  • Analyse weekly and monthly product, category, and collection sales and sell-through performance to identify opportunities and risks
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to proactively enhance website performance and customer experience
  • Lead monthly product uploads and execute data enrichment in the PIM system
  • Analyse products, collections, and content post-launch to identify improvements for increased conversion
  • Serve as point person for E-Commerce & Marketing deadlines regarding inventory and merchandising for digital campaigns
  • Manage website inventory daily to move stock, monitor sell-through rates, and ensure product availability
  • Create and maintain promotional coupons and campaign mechanics
  • Maintain product accuracy throughout the lifecycle by updating imagery, copy, pricing, and other details
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all products and pages display appropriate imagery and copy
  • Update product placement, categories, and images to align with marketing strategy and sales data
  • QA all product and category updates to ensure proper presentation and brand compliance
  • Provide recommendations for site improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Work with SEO team to implement website changes that enhance search engine performance
  • Run A/B tests to validate changes and optimize key performance indicators

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in e-commerce merchandising, digital product management, or luxury retail
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales data interpretation and KPI tracking
  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and website merchandising best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments

Experience
