Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of web and eMerchandising projects from conception through launch
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, technology, merchandising, and marketing to ensure project alignment and timely delivery
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while maintaining quality standards
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
- Document project specifications, requirements, and deliverables for future reference and process improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital project management, preferably within luxury retail or eCommerce environments
- Demonstrated proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Strong understanding of web technologies, digital merchandising platforms, and eCommerce ecosystems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within digital, eCommerce, or technology-driven environments, with at least 2 years focused on web or eMerchandising initiatives in a luxury or selective retail context preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline; Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner) is advantageous.
