Role & Responsibilities
- Perform precise mechanical assembly and disassembly of watch movements
- Regulate and adjust timepiece mechanisms to ensure accuracy and performance standards
- Conduct detailed quality inspections and testing of completed watches
- Maintain and calibrate specialized horological tools and equipment
- Document technical work and maintain production records
- Collaborate with watchmakers and quality assurance teams to meet manufacturing specifications
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective measures
Qualifications
