Richemont watchmaking production apprentice position in Plan les Ouates, Geneva. CFC horological apprenticeship opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute precise assembly and finishing operations on mechanical watch movements and components
- Operate specialized watchmaking equipment and machinery under supervision
- Perform quality control inspections and testing on completed watches and sub-assemblies
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all production processes
- Contribute to inventory management and workshop organization
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace guidelines
- Document production activities and any observed technical issues
Qualifications
- Completion of mandatory Swiss CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) in watchmaking production
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical reasoning
- Excellent manual dexterity and fine motor control
- Precision-oriented mindset with capacity for sustained concentration
- Fluency in French and basic German (German preferred)
Skills
Experience
Formal apprenticeship training in watchmaking production through accredited Swiss vocational programme; hands-on production experience acquired during apprenticeship placements.
Education
Swiss CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) in watchmaking production or equivalent vocational qualification in horology.
