Role & Responsibilities
- Execute watch repair and overhaul procedures in accordance with brand policy, encompassing ETA movements, chronographs, and small complications
- Perform light external case repairs and comprehensive testing protocols
- Maintain punctual delivery schedules while upholding quality and productivity standards
- Input repair data into systems and manage component procurement efficiently
- Implement 5S workshop practices and continuous improvement protocols
- Coordinate seamlessly with upstream and downstream teams across the workshop
- Support organizational responsiveness to evolving customer needs and market shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in watch overhaul and repair operations
- Demonstrated expertise in watch technical knowledge and mechanical systems
- Proficiency in repair management software and component cataloging systems
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency
- Ability to analyze estimates and quotations (preferred)
- Direct customer communication experience (preferred)
- English language reading, writing, and conversational ability (preferred)
Skills
