Watchmaker position at Richemont in Munich. Restore and repair luxury timepieces with precision craftsmanship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive repair and restoration of mechanical watch movements and complications
- Execute precise assembly and disassembly of timepiece components with museum-grade standards
- Diagnose and remediate defects in watch movements, complications, and case construction
- Conduct quality control testing and validation of completed restorations
- Maintain detailed records of repair work and component sourcing
- Collaborate with heritage archivists and technical specialists to ensure historical authenticity
Qualifications
- Formal qualification in horology or watchmaking (apprenticeship, diploma, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated expertise in mechanical watch repair and restoration
- Proficiency in working with precision instruments and specialized horological equipment
- Knowledge of vintage and contemporary watch movements across multiple manufacturers

Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in watch repair, restoration, or horological maintenance, ideally within a luxury heritage brand or independent watchmaking atelier.
Education
