Role & Responsibilities
- Complete foundational training in the IWC apprenticeship workshop
- Rotate through various assembly departments to understand component production through final assembly
- Assemble and service watch movements under expert supervision
- Perform repair work on mechanical timepieces
- Participate in technical skill-building exercises focused on precision engineering and horological principles
- Contribute to collaborative team-based projects within the manufacturing environment
Qualifications
- Upper secondary school certificate (Sek A, Level E or equivalent)
- Strong mathematics and science background, particularly strength in geometry and technical drawing
- Demonstrated technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Exceptional spatial visualization ability

No prior professional experience required; candidates should demonstrate aptitude through academic performance and interest in horology and mechanics.
