Role & Responsibilities

  • Complete foundational training in the IWC apprenticeship workshop
  • Rotate through various assembly departments to understand component production through final assembly
  • Assemble and service watch movements under expert supervision
  • Perform repair work on mechanical timepieces
  • Participate in technical skill-building exercises focused on precision engineering and horological principles
