Richemont Watch Technician in Munich — luxury watch repair and maintenance specialist position
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform precision maintenance and repairs on luxury watches, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and quality standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic watch movements
- Conduct comprehensive pre- and post-service inspections and testing
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all client timepieces
- Provide expert consultation to clients regarding watch care, maintenance intervals, and service options
- Collaborate with boutique management to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Uphold boutique cleanliness, organization, and security protocols within the service workshop area
Qualifications
- Certified watchmaking or horological training qualification (e.g., German watch technician certification)
- Demonstrable expertise in mechanical and/or automatic watch movements
- Proficiency with precision tools and calibration equipment
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion regarding client information

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in luxury watch repair and maintenance, preferably within a prestige retailer or brand boutique environment
Education
Formal training in watchmaking or horology; technical apprenticeship or vocational qualification in Germany (e.g., Uhrmacher apprenticeship) preferred
