Role & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair watches, primarily quartz movements, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Operate and calibrate complex machinery and systems to optimize quality and productivity
- Direct daily boutique operations, providing guidance and support to team members
- Perform complex or atypical service operations and serve as first-line supervisor for transactional operations as needed
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for emergency repairs and execute preventive maintenance routines to ensure operational efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service, identify business development and customer retention opportunities, and resolve complex customer issues
- Conduct inventory management activities in accordance with established procedures to maintain accurate stock levels
- Adhere to organizational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, identifying and mitigating risks
- Develop comprehensive understanding of organizational policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct, ensuring mandatory compliance
- Continuously enhance technical and organizational skills through assessment, development planning, and formal and informal training and mentoring
Qualifications
- Post-secondary non-university education qualification
- Solid experience as a watch technician
- Ability to work autonomously as an experienced professional
- Technical proficiency in watch repair and servicing
- Understanding of watch mechanisms and movement systems

Experience
Solid experience as a watch technician or horologist, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and manage complex technical repairs without supervision.
Education
Post-secondary non-university education in horology, watch repair, or a related technical field.
