Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform complex watch repair, overhaul, and restoration services on mechanical and automated timepieces
  • Disassemble, inspect, clean, and reassemble watch movements with precision and attention to detail
  • Diagnose mechanical faults and determine appropriate repair strategies
  • Adjust and regulate watch movements to ensure accurate timekeeping performance
  • Maintain detailed work records and documentation for each repair undertaken
  • Adhere to Richemont's quality control standards and safety protocols
  • Support senior technicians on complex or specialized repair projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in watch repair or horological servicing (minimum 3–5 years)
