Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct final quality control inspections on repaired luxury watch products according to established procedures
- Verify that watch repairs meet brand standards and functional compatibility requirements
- Inspect exterior finishing and cosmetic details against defined service specifications
- Document defect reasons and generate QC reports for non-conforming units
- Manage QC-related equipment, instruments, and tools
Qualifications
- Ability to clearly distinguish between products based on defined quality criteria
- Refined eye for detecting subtle differences in appearance and finish
- Preferred: foundational knowledge of watch mechanisms or electromechanical products
- Preferred: prior experience in quality control roles
