Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales support to high-net-worth clientele, translating horological knowledge into compelling product narratives
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service, follow-up communication, and exclusive event invitations
- Maintain meticulous product knowledge across mechanical, automatic, and electronic timepiece collections, including brand heritage and technical specifications
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets whilst maintaining brand integrity and luxury service standards
- Collaborate with store management and colleagues to ensure seamless inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations
- Execute point-of-sale transactions with precision and grace, ensuring compliance with all financial and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or fine watches sector
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate high-value client relationships and close complex transactions
- Fluent knowledge of watch complications, movements, and horological heritage
- Proficiency in luxury retail systems and point-of-sale platforms
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual capability
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of direct luxury retail experience, preferably within watches, fine jewelry, or high-end accessories sectors. Prior experience in flagship or boutique retail environments is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education minimum; formal training in horology, gemology, or luxury business is advantageous.
