Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized product consultations on luxury watches and horology
- Educate clients on mechanical movements, complications, heritage and brand provenance
- Manage client relationships and maintain detailed customer records
- Process sales transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain product displays and inventory knowledge
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent brand values through exemplary service and appearance standards
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for fine watches and horology
- Luxury retail or clienteling experience preferred
- Fluency in English and Cantonese required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Experience
1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, watches, or high-end clienteling.
Education
