Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultations on watches, movements, and horology heritage to discerning clientele
- Execute personalized sales strategies and client relationship management
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge across the brand's timepiece portfolio
- Maintain client records and develop long-term relationships through attentive service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or timepiece sales
- Demonstrated expertise in horology and mechanical watch movements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred

Experience
2–4 years of experience in luxury retail, watch sales, or clienteling within the timepiece sector.
Education
