Richemont in Amsterdam seeks a Warehouse Operator — B2B Spare Parts to manage inventory, pick/pack B2B orders and support after‑sales logistics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and prepare B2B spare-parts orders accurately and to schedule, ensuring correct SKU, quantity and packaging standards.
- Receive and inspect inbound goods, reconcile deliveries against purchase orders and update inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Perform cycle counts, stock reconciliations and root-cause investigations for discrepancies to maintain parts traceability and availability for after-sales service.
- Operate material-handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and RF barcode scanners safely in compliance with health & safety procedures.
- Prepare shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments, coordinate with carriers and internal logistics/after-sales teams.
- Process returns, warranty parts flows and quarantine non-conforming items according to established procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised and compliant warehouse environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Vocational secondary qualification or equivalent practical experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations.
- Valid forklift/reach-truck licence or demonstrable experience operating warehouse lifting equipment preferred.
- Proven ability to work to precise picking and packing standards and to handle repetitive manual tasks with care.
- Familiarity with basic export/shipping documentation and B2B fulfilment processes desirable.
- Right to work in the Netherlands (or applicable host country) and willingness to work flexible shifts when required.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics role, ideally within spare parts, after-sales or B2B fulfilment operations. Experience with cyclical stock control and shipment preparation is preferred.
Education
Vocational secondary education or equivalent; formal logistics or supply-chain certification is advantageous.
