Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and record inbound finished goods shipments, ensuring product integrity and traceability for B2B distribution.
  • Pick, pack and stage orders according to B2B customer specifications and shipping timetables, using established packing standards to protect high-value items.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., reach truck/forklift, pallet jack) and RF/data collection devices to update WMS and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Perform cycle counts, support periodic physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies with the inventory control team.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and assist logistics colleagues with carrier handover, customs paperwork and export compliance as required.
  • Maintain a clean, secure and safety-compliant warehouse environment and report quality or security incidents promptly.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience handling finished goods, preferably within luxury goods, watches or high-value retail supply chains.
  • Valid forklift/reach truck licence or certification (or willingness to obtain) and proven safe equipment operation.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld RF scanners; proficiency in basic data entry.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for careful handling of valuable product.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to typical warehouse limits and to work standing for extended periods.

Skills

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of operational warehouse experience, ideally including finished-goods handling, shipping/receiving and use of WMS in a B2B distribution environment. Experience within luxury goods, watches or high-value product logistics is advantageous.

Education

Secondary education or vocational diploma; formal training or certification in warehouse operations, logistics or forklift operation is preferred.
