Richemont Operations Associate I in Grand Prairie, TX. Mid-shift warehouse role handling order fulfillment, inventory, and logistics for fragrance and non-precious goods distribution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and merge customer orders according to established guidelines and performance standards
- Receive, scan, and verify incoming merchandise for accuracy; load and unload trailers as assigned
- Replenish stock, rebag, and rticket merchandise; build and label pallets for shipment
- Maintain designated work areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner; adhere to all RNA Safety Guidelines
- Operate hand-held Radio Frequency (RF) devices and warehouse management systems to track inventory and production
- Verify accuracy of production and inventory locations; set or assign product locations as needed
- Execute physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items with assistance; stand and walk throughout 8–12 hour shifts in a non-climate-controlled facility
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Entry-level warehouse or production environment experience
- Basic proficiency with desktop computers and handheld Radio Frequency (RF) devices
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Safe equipment operation without contributing to safety infractions
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to perform tasks consistently and accurately
Skills
Experience
Entry-level warehouse and/or production work environment experience preferred. Prior experience with order picking, packing, receiving, or inventory management is advantageous but not required.
Education
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
