Role & Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and merge customer orders according to established guidelines and performance standards
• Receive, scan, and verify incoming merchandise for accuracy; load and unload trailers as assigned
• Replenish stock, rebag, and rticket merchandise; build and label pallets for shipment
• Maintain designated work areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner; adhere to all RNA Safety Guidelines
• Operate hand-held Radio Frequency (RF) devices and warehouse management systems to track inventory and production
• Verify accuracy of production and inventory locations; set or assign product locations as needed
• Execute physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items with assistance; stand and walk throughout 8–12 hour shifts in a non-climate-controlled facility

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Entry-level warehouse or production environment experience
• Basic proficiency with desktop computers and handheld Radio Frequency (RF) devices
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Safe equipment operation without contributing to safety infractions
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to perform tasks consistently and accurately

Skills

Experience

Entry-level warehouse and/or production work environment experience preferred. Prior experience with order picking, packing, receiving, or inventory management is advantageous but not required.

Education

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
