Richemont Warehouse Manager position in Tokyo; oversee inventory, logistics, and team operations for luxury goods. SAP/WMS experience preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound shipping operations and oversee all warehouse process stages
- Conduct regular inventory management and physical stocktake activities
- Communicate and coordinate with brand partners and external vendors on delivery schedules and logistics requirements
- Adjust and manage delivery timelines to ensure adherence to supply chain commitments
- Train and develop warehouse team members through structured on-the-job training and coaching
- Analyze warehouse workflows and operational processes to identify inefficiencies
- Prepare performance reports based on quantitative metrics including workload distribution, process allocation, and resource scheduling
- Design and implement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and overall productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management or logistics operations experience
- Demonstrated understanding of fundamental warehouse management principles and operational best practices
- Proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Prior experience in luxury consumer goods, jewelry, watches, or premium accessories industries
