Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound shipping operations and oversee all warehouse process stages
  • Conduct regular inventory management and physical stocktake activities
  • Communicate and coordinate with brand partners and external vendors on delivery schedules and logistics requirements
  • Adjust and manage delivery timelines to ensure adherence to supply chain commitments
  • Train and develop warehouse team members through structured on-the-job training and coaching
  • Analyze warehouse workflows and operational processes to identify inefficiencies
  • Prepare performance reports based on quantitative metrics including workload distribution, process allocation, and resource scheduling
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and overall productivity

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse management or logistics operations experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of fundamental warehouse management principles and operational best practices
  • Proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS)
