Richemont apprenticeship opportunity in Scandicci, Italy: structured 36-month warehouse logistics training with mentorship and career advancement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute receiving, storage, and shipment procedures with precision and attention to safety protocols
- Perform manual material handling and order picking across warehouse zones
- Operate warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct inventory management activities
- Progress from basic manual tasks to autonomous management of warehouse operations across all phases
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement of warehouse efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment including manual pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and forklifts (with certification)
- Support logistics flow analysis and waste reduction activities in the warehouse
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (Category B, preferred)
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Problem-solving aptitude and precision orientation
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team structure

No prior warehouse experience required; candidates should demonstrate eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise in logistics and warehouse operations.
