Van Cleef & Arpels seeks Visual Merchandising Project Manager in Paris to manage luxury jewelry display concepts, window designs, and event installations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage seasonal and event-driven window display concepts in collaboration with creative agencies and artists, overseeing technical specifications, procurement, and production to final rollout
- Create and disseminate technical guidelines for retail locations and analyze market feedback to refine visual merchandising implementations
- Lead façade design concept development in coordination with window display strategies, preparing technical guidelines and supporting market deployment
- Conceptualize and execute display installations for collection launches, trade shows, and exhibitions, managing the full project lifecycle from needs analysis to operational delivery
- Propose technical solutions and sustainability initiatives to enhance in-store experience and operational efficiency
- Oversee market deployment of animations and events, monitoring action plans, timelines, and budgets across multiple locations
- Foster community engagement within the visual merchandising animation and events function, promoting best practice sharing and project outcome tracking
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in visual merchandising project management, preferably in the luxury sector
- Demonstrated aesthetic sensibility with strong creative curiosity and project management acumen
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects with rigorous organization and attention to detail
- Solution-oriented mindset with proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous
