Cartier In-Store Visual Merchandising Project Manager role in Paris. Manage PLV materials and global VM training initiatives for luxury boutiques.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and define point-of-sale (PLV) display supports and materials for boutique implementation
  • Manage PLV projects in close collaboration with purchasing and operations teams
  • Create visual merchandising guidance documents to ensure optimal implementation of new displays
  • Develop training documentation and tools for the global visual merchandising community
  • Facilitate training rollouts across multiple markets to local visual merchandising teams and VM experts
  • Participate in display seminars to communicate visual merchandising strategy updates
  • Produce comprehensive display guidelines for the High-End business segment
  • Monitor implementation of visual merchandising standards across boutiques worldwide
  • Share best practices and create educational tools (videos, booklets, interactive materials) to support guidelines
  • Manage stakeholder communication at all organizational levels

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in visual merchandising
  • Fluency in English and French (additional languages an advantage)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities
  • Project management experience in a luxury retail or similar environment
