IWC Intern Visual Merchandising, Schaffhausen, Switzerland – 6-month internship supporting retail campaigns and display projects in luxury watchmaking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage projects for upcoming retail and wholesale marketing campaigns and customised display development
- Create foundational and seasonal visual merchandising guidelines aligned with brand standards
- Provide maintenance support for the Yoobic visual merchandising evaluation and compliance platform
- Source and procure decoration articles, managing vendor relationships and specifications
- Execute VM article orders in SAP and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate and monitor transportation logistics for display shipments and deliveries
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including ordering, invoicing, and internal communications
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent discipline
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in English; German language proficiency is advantageous
- Demonstrated attention to detail and precision in administrative work
- Affinity for luxury goods and understanding of visual merchandising principles
- Service-oriented mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving
Skills
Experience
Experience in visual merchandising or retail environment is advantageous but not required; candidates should demonstrate strong organisational abilities and familiarity with luxury sector operations.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent academic programme.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Schaffhausen, Schaffhausen, Switzerland, with easy access to Zürich.
