Richemont — Visual Merchandising Intern in Brussels. Support VM team on window displays, in-store installations and seasonal merchandising projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the visual merchandising team in the conception and execution of window displays, in-store vignettes and seasonal rollouts for Richemont maisons.
- Prepare technical and visual documentation including sketches, scale drawings, floor plans and installation notes for store teams and contractors.
- Assist with sourcing and preparing props, materials and bespoke set pieces; maintain and coordinate the VM inventory and prop storage.
- Collaborate with store managers, retail operations and production partners to ensure timely installation and adherence to brand VM standards.
- Contribute to creative research, trend studies and presentation decks for seasonal concepts and visual campaigns.
- Assist during on-site installations and merchandising resets, including light styling, photography of displays and post-install quality checks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Architecture, Fashion or a closely related discipline.
- Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, strong sketching or digital visualisation and an aptitude for three-dimensional composition.
- Strong eye for detail, colour and proportion with an understanding of luxury retail standards and customer-facing environments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines and work collaboratively with cross-functional retail teams.
- Right to undertake an internship in Belgium (if applicable).
Skills
Experience
Internship-level role; prior exposure to retail, visual merchandising or design studio work is advantageous but not required. Candidates should present a concise portfolio of academic or personal VM/design work.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed bachelor's or master's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Architecture, Fashion Design or related field.
