Piaget Visual Merchandising Executive in Dubai, UAE. Coordinate VM initiatives across MEIA retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement visual merchandising initiatives across the MEIA retail network to maximize performance and ensure brand consistency
- Implement Piaget International Visual Merchandising guidelines across all points of sale while adapting to individual boutique requirements
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, window animations and display updates across the network
- Manage Point of Sale Material (POSM) forecasting, ordering, logistics, distribution and replenishment across the region
- Provide on-site support for key launches, seasonal animations and VM installations as required
- Coordinate with Retail, Marketing, and Logistics teams to plan and execute boutique activations supporting commercial and client experience objectives
- Act as key point of contact between boutiques, headquarters, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Develop and communicate annual visibility plans for boutiques and points of sale
- Produce regular VM compliance reports following boutique visits and network reviews
- Conduct performance analysis by collection, category and market to identify trends and translate findings into actionable VM recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations or Project Management within the luxury industry
- Good understanding of the luxury retail environment, preferably within the jewellery and watch industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative team player with proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Experience
