Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily visual merchandising activities, administrative tasks, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of VM initiatives
  • Create and implement attractive leather goods and cross-category displays that enhance brand uniqueness while aligning with VM manager guidance
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute VM guidelines, tools, and communication materials to ensure network-wide consistency
  • Track and report on all VM activities, requests, and project progress across assigned boutiques
  • Control point-of-sale material (POSM) orders within approved budget scope and support boutique animations and local key events
  • Visualize display plans and rollout schedules for boutiques to ensure clear understanding and efficient execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, retail, and wholesale to ensure alignment and smooth communication
  • Support business unit control and VM compliance under the direction of the VM Manager
  • Manage multiple concurrent tasks, schedules, and priorities within the team while maintaining high VM execution standards
