Montblanc Visual Merchandising Coordinator in Madrid, Spain – coordinate wholesale and retail VM execution across Iberia with 60–70% travel requirement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines across the wholesale network in Spain and Portugal, ensuring all permanent and seasonal displays are installed according to Maison standards
- Monitor the quality of visual merchandising execution through regular store visits and photo reporting, identifying opportunities to improve visibility and consistency across wholesale partners
- Support visual merchandising execution in Montblanc boutiques, including seasonal window changes and in-store visual updates, maintaining consistent visual standards
- Coordinate the distribution and installation of visual merchandising materials across Iberia, monitoring delivery timelines and ensuring stores receive appropriate materials on schedule
- Support visual merchandising implementation for new wholesale corners, shop-in-shops and boutique refurbishments, coordinating with headquarters, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Support the visual merchandising setup for local events, pop-ups and temporary activations, coordinating the production and installation of visual elements
- Maintain visual merchandising databases, asset inventories, and updated implementation calendars; prepare implementation reports and follow-up presentations
- Support purchase order administration, budget tracking, and vendor coordination for visual merchandising initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Visual Merchandising or a related field
- 1–3 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, retail marketing or luxury retail environments
- Fluent Spanish and English language proficiency
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Project coordination and multi-tasking capabilities with ability to prioritize competing initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
1–3 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, retail marketing or luxury retail. Experience within the luxury industry is highly valued. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple visual merchandising projects simultaneously and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Visual Merchandising or a related field.
