Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate window campaigns and product launches across retail boutiques, wholesale partners, external boutiques, shop-in-shops, and travel retail locations
- Ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines are disseminated, understood, and consistently implemented through regular communication and follow-up with boutiques, wholesale partners, and field teams
- Conduct regular field visits to audit Visual Merchandising standards, review photo reports, and monitor brand image consistency across all store locations
- Coach and train in-store teams on visual guidelines, new directives, and best practices to elevate presentation and brand representation
- Manage point-of-sale materials (POSM) inventory, track orders and deliveries, and coordinate installation within required timeframes
- Monitor warehouse stock and manage inventory rebalancing requests to ensure optimal distribution of merchandising materials
- Oversee budgeting and purchase orders for Visual Merchandising projects, ensuring expenditures remain within approved allocations
- Collaborate with retail and wholesale teams to understand commercial strategies and inject commercial objectives while adhering to visual guidelines
- Maintain the Visual Merchandising software (IWD), generate photo reports, and conduct competitive analysis and best-practices reviews on a monthly basis
- Support and participate in special events, pop-ups, and new store openings to ensure flawless visual execution
Qualifications
- University degree
- Previous experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role within luxury or premium goods
- Demonstrated experience across both retail and wholesale distribution channels
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP systems
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop desirable
- Fluent English; French or Italian language skills preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking ability with proven team collaboration
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills suitable for partner and client engagement
- Ability to thrive under pressure with a results-oriented and solution-focused mindset
