Richemont seeks a Visual Merchandising Coordinator in London to coordinate displays, campaigns, and brand standards across retail locations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of visual merchandising displays and seasonal campaigns across assigned retail locations
  • Develop and maintain merchandising guidelines, floor plans, and product placement standards aligned with brand aesthetic
  • Liaise between creative teams and store operations to ensure timely and accurate implementation of visual directives
  • Conduct regular store audits to assess compliance with visual merchandising standards and identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage inventory of visual materials, displays, and props; coordinate logistics and installation
  • Train and support retail teams on proper display techniques and brand visual guidelines
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform creative and merchandising strategies
  • Prepare performance reports and visual documentation to track campaign effectiveness and customer engagement metrics
