Richemont in Dubai seeks a Visual Merchandising Coordinator (Fixed Term, UAE National) to deliver luxury in-store displays and campaign rollouts across UAE boutiques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Richemont visual merchandising standards across assigned boutiques in the UAE, ensuring consistent brand presentation.
- Execute seasonal campaign rollouts, shop window installations and in-store displays to maximize brand impact and commercial performance.
- Translate VM directives and concept boards into detailed shop-floor planograms, installation briefs and checklists for store teams and contractors.
- Coordinate logistics for props, mannequins and display materials, supervising on-site installations and ensuring timely completion to schedule.
- Support the Visual Merchandising Manager with store visits, training of retail teams on visual standards, and post-installation audits.
- Liaise with retail operations, store managers and marketing to align visual activity with commercial objectives and local events.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of VM assets and ensure safe storage, handling and maintenance of display equipment.
- Prepare regular visual reports, photographic documentation and feedback to inform continuous improvement of displays and fixtures.
Qualifications
- UAE national status required.
- Proven experience (typically 1–3 years) in visual merchandising within luxury or premium retail environments.
- Strong aesthetic sense with an ability to interpret creative concepts into high-quality retail executions.
- Excellent organisation, project coordination and time-management skills to deliver tight installation schedules.
- Ability to travel between stores in the UAE and to work flexible hours during rollout periods.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of practical visual merchandising experience in luxury or premium retail, with a track record of executing window and in-store campaigns and working closely with store teams and contractors.
Education
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Interior Design or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
