Richemont Visual Merchandising & Store Design Coordinator role in Dubai, UAE. Support VM and SDP departments with administrative and operational tasks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Utilize marketing systems and established protocols to deliver consistent operational support services
- Gather and analyze information to address routine procedural queries and functional inquiries
- Execute a variety of routine administrative and operational tasks using existing systems and protocols
- Provide detailed information and clarification on current procedures, processes, and precedents to ensure team understanding and compliance
- Manage personal workflow and prioritize work schedules to meet quality and timeliness standards
- Organize, coordinate, and delegate short-term tasks to support services as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Maintain high proficiency in visual merchandising techniques and store design planning methodologies
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective visual merchandising strategies
- Participate in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training sessions
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity and inclusion in all communications and actions
Qualifications
- Post-secondary non-tertiary education qualification required
- Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures and systems
- Limited managerial experience preferred
- Proficiency in visual merchandising techniques and store design planning
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide detailed procedural guidance
