Richemont seeks a Visual Merchandising and Retail Store Coordinator (Fixed-Term, Paris) to manage boutique displays and support retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute visual merchandising concepts for window displays and in-store presentations
- Coordinate merchandise layout and product placement to maximize visual impact and sales potential
- Maintain and refresh store displays in accordance with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with retail staff and management on inventory management and stock organization
- Support daily retail operations including opening and closing store procedures
- Monitor compliance with visual merchandising standards across all customer-facing areas
- Contribute to the overall aesthetic and customer experience within the boutique
Qualifications
- Proven experience in visual merchandising or retail display design
- Strong understanding of luxury retail standards and brand presentation
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a retail team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail display, or a related role in a luxury retail setting.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; visual arts, retail management, or related training is advantageous.
