Richemont seeks a Visual Merchandising & Events Intern in New Delhi to support Cartier boutique excellence and luxury retail activations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of Cartier visual merchandising guidelines across boutiques and points of sale
  • Assist with product launches, window displays, in-store presentations, and visual installations
  • Conduct boutique visits to ensure brand standards and visual excellence are maintained
  • Manage inventory of VM materials, props, and tools
  • Support the setup and visual initiatives for new points of sale and boutiques
  • Contribute to VM reporting and documentation
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute client events, product launches, and retail activations
  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event execution
  • Execute event setup, installation, and breakdown activities
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and PR teams to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Prepare post-event reporting and analysis

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Event Management, Communications, or related field
  • Previous internship or retail experience within a premium or luxury environment (advantageous)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Passion for luxury retail, visual aesthetics, and event management
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
