Richemont seeks a Senior Visual Merchandising and Communication Executive in Hong Kong to lead retail presentation strategy and brand communication initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand positioning and seasonal collections
- Oversee the creation and implementation of retail display concepts across multiple touchpoints and store formats
- Lead communication initiatives that reinforce brand identity and luxury positioning throughout all customer-facing channels
- Manage and mentor a team of visual merchandising and communication professionals
- Collaborate with retail operations, product development, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and brand coherence
- Monitor market trends and competitor visual strategies to maintain competitive differentiation
- Conduct regular audits of retail environments to ensure compliance with brand standards and visual excellence
