Richemont in London seeks a VIP Guest Database Coordinator to manage CRM, VIP segmentation and GDPR-compliant outreach for maison boutiques and events.

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and enrich the VIP guest database: ensure accuracy, consistency and up-to-date contact, preference and transaction records.
- Segment VIP audiences for targeted outreach, events and personalised clienteling initiatives in collaboration with boutiques and marketing teams.
- Embed and enforce data-hygiene processes and GDPR-compliant procedures for collection, storage and use of personal data.
- Produce regular reports and dashboards on VIP activity, campaign performance and guest engagement metrics for stakeholders.
- Coordinate guest lists, invitations and RSVP tracking for maison events, previews and private appointments.
- Liaise with regional boutiques, CRM and IT teams to implement system improvements, imports/exports and integrations.
- Support personalised communications by preparing briefing packs, preference profiles and tailored lists for client advisors and events teams.
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and absolute discretion handling high-net-worth client information.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deliverables across stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a client-facing luxury environment.
- Solid numeracy for reporting, segmentation and basic data analysis.
- Sound knowledge of data privacy legislation and best practices (GDPR).
Skills
Experience
Approximately 2–4 years’ experience managing CRM or VIP/guest databases, clienteling or event guest lists within luxury retail, hospitality or events; demonstrable experience working with VIP client programmes and cross-functional teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
