Richemont is hiring a VIP Experience Coordinator (UAE National) in Dubai — fixed-term role managing VIP client relations, events and bespoke experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver highly personalised service to VIP clients, managing invitations, appointments, private viewings and aftercare to uphold the maison’s standards of excellence.
- Conceive, plan and execute exclusive client events and bespoke experiences in coordination with boutiques, external venues and in-house teams.
- Maintain and enrich VIP profiles in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation for targeted activations and rigorous compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Act as the principal liaison between VIP clients and internal stakeholders (retail, marketing, concierge, logistics), orchestrating seamless end-to-end service.
- Coordinate logistics for client visits, including travel arrangements, bespoke product access, and on-site hospitality requirements.
- Produce concise post-activity reports and insights to inform client strategies and identify opportunities for personalised outreach and sales conversion.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate high-value client schedules and events.
Qualifications
- UAE national status required (explicit in the role specification) and legal right to work in the UAE.
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury clienteling, VIP relations, concierge services or high-end hospitality/retail environments.
- Proven track record of organising private events or bespoke client experiences for HNW/UHNWI clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with absolute discretion, cultural sensitivity and polished presentation.
- Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-priority requests concurrently.

Experience
Minimum of three years’ practical experience delivering concierge, clienteling or VIP relations services within luxury retail, haute-hospitality or bespoke events for high-net-worth clients.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, business or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury client services will be considered.
