Richemont seeks Vice President of Retail to lead North American retail strategy and operations in New York.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee retail operations strategy and execution across the North American portfolio
- Develop and implement policies that drive consistent brand positioning and customer experience standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in merchandising, visual presentation, and inventory management
- Monitor key performance indicators including sales targets, margin optimization, and store-level profitability
- Collaborate with regional managers to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and operational excellence
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders including marketing, supply chain, and corporate affairs
- Champion innovation in customer engagement and omnichannel retail capabilities
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail leadership at the executive level
- Deep understanding of the luxury goods market, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics

- Strong experience in managing large, geographically dispersed teams

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred
