Vice President, Retail at Chloé (Richemont) in New York—executive leadership role with $280K–$300K salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and champion the overarching strategic vision and annual business plans for the retail division, ensuring maximum revenue generation, profitability, and market share expansion
- Assume full P&L accountability for the retail department, including strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and rigorous cost optimization initiatives
- Provide executive leadership to the retail organization, fostering a high-performance culture and empowering regional and local leadership teams
- Guide the strategic development, recruitment, and retention of top-tier retail talent with emphasis on leadership capabilities and succession planning
- Partner strategically with cross-functional executives across Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Digital to elevate brand services and ensure seamless omnichannel integration
- Design and continuously evolve a holistic retail strategy supporting aggressive network development, digital transformation, and best-in-class client experience
- Leverage technology and data analytics to drive operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and optimize performance metrics across all retail touchpoints

Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA preferred) from a top-tier institution, or equivalent executive-level professional experience
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive executive leadership experience within the luxury retail sector or high-end global consumer goods company
- Significant experience in apparel, fashion, and footwear retail at the executive level
- Proven expertise in P&L management, strategic financial planning, and driving substantial revenue growth and profitability in multi-channel retail environments
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative retail strategies, including omnichannel integration and digital transformation
- Exceptional strategic acumen with ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies and drive organizational change
- Leadership track record of inspiring, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
- Advanced communication, negotiation, and influencing skills capable of engaging effectively with C-suite executives and global partners
