Role & Responsibilities
- Own creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of vendor/supplier master records across ERP systems and central master-data repositories.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and deactivation processes, ensuring completeness of legal, tax and payment information and adherence to internal control requirements.
- Enforce data quality rules and governance: perform regular audits, resolve duplicates, and remediate exceptions in collaboration with procurement, finance and legal teams.
- Define and maintain vendor classification, attributes and hierarchies to support purchasing, accounts payable and reporting needs.
- Provide transactional and analytical support for supplier-related inquiries, escalations and audit requests; produce periodic data-quality and KPI reports.
- Contribute to projects to implement or enhance Master Data Management (MDM), ERP upgrades or integrations with third-party platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven capability managing supplier or vendor master data within an ERP environment, preferably SAP.
- Solid understanding of procurement and accounts payable processes, including vendor onboarding, tax/VAT implications and payment terms.
- Strong data-governance mindset with experience defining and enforcing data standards and remediation workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder-management skills with the ability to liaise across procurement, finance, legal and IT functions.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience working with vendor/supplier master data, procurement data or ERP master-data processes; experience in a luxury goods, manufacturing or multinational corporate environment is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, information management, finance or equivalent professional experience.
